Confrontation of Doctrines

The Word did not coexist with the Father from all eternity. 
The Word was created from nothing. 
The Word is not Son by nature and is not strictly of the  Father.
The nature of the Son does not proceed from that of the Father.
The Word began to exist by an act of the Fathers will. 
The Word is by nature subject to change, physical and moral.

The Word has coexisted with the Father from the beginning.
The Word was not created, but is the one who created all things.
The Word is Son, not by adoption but by nature.
The Word has a nature equal to that of the Father.
The Word exists by the communication of the essence of the Father.
The Word, who by his nature is divine, is subject to neither change nor suffering.
