Thank you for coming to take a 2nd look at your Church. |

Everything said and discussed in this room
remains in this room. There will be times when things are said that should never be
repeated in public and we are committed to holding your journey of faith in sacred trust. |

We hope to open doors of the Church for you
and let God do some healing in your lives. We are not counselors, only instruments
in the hands of God. It is God who brought you here and it is God who will show you
the way home. |

Tonight we begin by taking a look at those
things you dislike about the Church. |
|
|
|
2. |
Father/Deacon is here ONLY to listen and
write what it is that you dislike about the Church. Neither they or we are going to
respond to what you have to say. We are only going to write it down on the board.
Next week we'll bring them back all typed and give each of you a copy of them to
keep. At some point in the next twelve weeks we will answer all of them, but all in
due time. If we have not responded to all of them at some point, we will take some
time at one of the last sessions to specifically address those we have missed. So
let's begin. |

| Note: Remember "we do not
respond to them. Let them vent!" If it bogs down, then the staff needs to
jump in with their own hurts or dislikes about the Church. This gives others the
permission to voice their own without the fear of retribution. Once we've done all
of this and if it feels like we can move on and there is enough time, then go to
"WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT THE CHURCH?" |
